Modernizing 90’s bathrooms

This redesign transformed basic older bathrooms into spa-like spaces with luxury finishes and ideal use of available space for more varied use cases. In the small bathroom, the space-stealing door was replaced with a pocket door. Instead of two plastic surround tubs, the smaller bathroom now has a walk-in shower with two shower heads, and the larger bathroom has a deep, two-person bathtub with a shower. The flooring is extra-hard, Italian tile with a concrete look. There’s Laticrete floor heat throughout the bathrooms, including in the shower. There’s Toto toilets with bidet, the hardware is Kohler and Delta, and both bathrooms boast Room & Board vanities—all for a consistent, elevated, and contemporary design.
