Our collaboration can start here — a low-commitment first look at what your space could become, whether you're eyeing a rental unit, more living space, or a room that just isn't working for you.

Choose video or in-person. On a 60-minute video call, we'll talk through your vision, ideas, and initial feasibility. Prefer in-person? I'll come to you, we'll walk the space together, and I'll take photos and video as we go, sharing my read on the potential right there on the spot.

Either way, you'll leave with a fresh perspective on your space's potential, plus a follow-up summary of everything we discussed.

You've got one space — a room, an attic, a deck — and you're ready for more than ideas.

This service gets you a full design plan for that space: a mood board capturing the look and feel, a curated shopping list, and layout recommendations built around how you'll actually use it (not architectural blueprints or construction drawings).

We start with a conversation about your goals and constraints — by video or with an in-person site visit — then I put together documentation you can hand to a contractor or tackle yourself.

Additional revisions are billed separately, based on level of effort — I'll always send an estimate first.

Working on more than one space? Just increase the quantity at checkout — one Room Plan per space.

Once your plan is in a contractor's hands, questions come up — a material substitution, a layout tweak, a "does this still work" moment. This keeps me in your corner for those.

You'll get four scheduled check-ins over the course of your build, about 90 minutes each, to review progress, weigh in on material and finish decisions, and confirm execution is tracking with the design.

This is design support, not project management — scheduling and day-to-day contractor coordination stay with your contractor. Want more hands-on involvement than that? Reach out and I'll put together a custom quote.

I'll help you declutter, de-personalize, and redecorate your home — using what you already have or sourcing new (or secondhand) pieces — to get it ready for real estate photography and open houses. I can also connect you with real estate photographers and agents in the area, and offer guidance on timing your listing around the season.

This includes up to 10 hours of my time, covering all communication and travel for up to 3 trips to your home. Additional time is billed at $150/hr.

Turning a space into a short-term rental is a different game from decorating your own home — it's not about your taste, it's about what books. Drawing on firsthand experience turning my own property into a five-star rental, I'll help you set up a space that photographs well, sleeps guests comfortably, and earns great reviews.

This service gets you a 75-minute consultation (video or in-person) covering layout, furnishing priorities, and must-have amenities for your target guest, plus a follow-up report with an amenity checklist and listing-copy starter points.

Additional time is billed at $150/hr.

As a Certified Sensory Enrichment Coach and Dog Behavior Consultant at Unleashing Kindness, as well as a designer, I help you set up a sensory garden for your dog (or cat) — built around scent, texture, and exploration, not just how it looks.

This service gets you a 60-minute consultation, including a brief overview of why sensory enrichment matters, plus a follow-up report with pet-safe garden recommendations. I can also help you set up a Sniffspot listing with copy and images. This is space design only; it doesn't include behavior consulting, which is offered separately through Unleashing Kindness.

Additional time beyond the consult and report is billed at $150/hr.
