Maximizing outdoor living

In Vermont, the available time spent outside is precious. To maximize comfort and extend the outdoor season, we had to make some changes to this home. The deck was modernized for durability by adding more supports and replacing the old wood with Trex Decking, and we also optimized for the best view by getting rid of the railing in the sightline. We also added a 3-season porch that has Mosquito Curtains for bug season and vinyl panels and a heater for spring and fall. Lastly, a hot tub in the main view was the cherry on top. In the winter, it’s accessible easily with Heat Trak mats.
